Training
Functional Fitness - Strength - Conditioning
Functional movements performed at a relatively (for each person) high intensity and in various modalities. Focused on exercises that support everyday life and activities. Improving overall body mechanics and enhancing physical performance through bodyweight movements, resistance training, and metabolic conditioning. Short, long, moderate, light, heavy, gymnastics, weightlifting, metabolic conditioning workouts.
Group Training - Semipersonals - 1 on 1 Personals
Participating in a class requires discipline, persistence, humbleness and to be able to show vulnerability to each other. Group Trainings offer fun, motivation, enjoyment, and fitness gains. The challenging workout of the day (WOD) performed in a group format yet individually (some are team or partner wods as well) create a mutual respect to the people working out together. Physical, social, and psychological development. Semipersonals are a smaller group setting that offer a balance between social group dynamics and personalised training. Personals offer individual focus between the coach and athlete. Each individual is different. Specific personalised programming for the person based on abilities, goals, needs, injuries, disabilities, restrictions, pregnancy, and more.
