Lesson 1: Quality and Breakfast/Snack Ideas For each meal, choose 1 to 2 types of food of each category. For example: Combine: yogurt, with nuts, seeds, and some fruit, grains can be added such as quinoa, oats, etc. Combine: Eggs, some vegetables, olive oil (If omelet), can add pinenuts and some bread, or boil with water and have vegetables and nuts on the side. Combine cooked lentils, with yogurt and brown bread. *Examples are unlimited. Be creative and combine foods as you prefer. If you don’t like some particular foods but have high nutritional value, try combining them with foods you enjoy. There will be some foods that bring reactions to your body and upset it. Try to avoid or limit them in your nutrition. You can find alternatives, that won’t affect your body and mind.
