WHY “AWAKENING THE GLUTES”?
  • Easy to look but these exercises will burn your glutes and core! “Awakening the glutes” training course focuses on activating and strengthening the trunk (glutes, abdomen, pelvis). We want to have a strong body for functionality and especially those parts, because they are the center of our body, where all our movements and components of them come from. Be it stability, power, strength, agility, and more which are required when walking, running, lifting, doing sports. We can not function properly if our core, and glutes don’t function properly.
  • Let’s be honest here, we all care how our bum and belly looks. Looking good starts with feeling good. Feeling good starts when you do something about it.

FOR WHO

For the reasons above, this is why “Awakening the Glutes” course is for everyone. It will help you understand how to move well with the basics within a week and build those muscles in the specific areas described, plus more. (You get a bonus day on this mini course, for different body parts/muscle groups).


EQUIPMENT

For this course, you will need a mat, a mini band, and a longer band. Weights are all optional. You can still feel the impact of the exercises, even if you don’t use any.


TIME
  • There are 5 trainings on this course, which can all be performed within the week, and be repeated on the next one. The sessions take 20 to 25 minutes. Easy to start and accessible to be performed at home when you want to move or before your training to get your muscles fired up.
